Scaffolding Excellence at Albert Fields: Supporting Brunswick’s Rental Community Development

The Albert Fields project in Brunswick has made significant strides in its construction timeline.

The project involves the construction and subsequent dismantling of the perimeter scaffold. A key component of this endeavour is using scaffolding to ensure safety, efficiency, and structural integrity throughout the construction process.To date, we have deployed 1400 tonnes of scaffold across this project. The scaffolding has provided a robust framework that has allowed our construction teams to work efficiently and securely.

Building Two stands just two floors away from topping out. With its imminent completion, our focus will shift to Building One. Next week, we will commence the dismantling process for Building One. The scaffold, which has supported construction thus far, will be systematically removed. This phase marks a critical transition from construction to dismantling, demonstrating our meticulous planning and execution capabilities.

The Albert Fields project in Brunswick is an impressive testament to urban innovation. With 498 residences spanning 11 levels, this development is designed exclusively for renters, creating a vibrant, modern community. The project’s scale is highlighted by the fact that 20% of our Kwikstage stock is being used.
